For Media
Republishable conservation stories from African practitioners, under Creative Commons license. Professionally edited, ready to publish.
Our Mission
AfricaLive maps and amplifies grassroots and indigenous-led conservation projects changing Africa.
Everything you read is created by conservation practitioners and journalists working together. Our editors work with project leaders to turn on-the-ground knowledge into accessible stories that center African expertise and solutions.
All our work is republishable under Creative Commons. We do this to ensure African conservation knowledge reaches the widest possible audience and shapes global understanding of what works.
Our work brings visibility to environmental defenders, grassroots conservation organizations, and community-led projects that are too often overlooked by mainstream media and traditional conservation funding.
